
This is how far I got on the first day. This greenish yellow color is part of the shading on the right side of her dress bodice.

Here is more progress after my second stitching session. In all of the fun of Stitch Maynia, I have somehow misplaced all of the threads I sorted out to use for this project :( Well I am sure they are somewhere in my stash closet...

Here is another picture where the fabric is showing more true to life and you can get a bitter image of Persephone. I'm not sure if I plan to stitch the Art Deco water lilies in the background or not, but I'm sure I will have a long time before I will have to decide ;)
